Inherit WEBBGCOLOR for all sub-webs by default

When I do not set WEBBGCOLOR, color for sub-web will be inherited from parent web.

However, each time when I create new web, new WEBBGCOLOR parameter is set.

Is it possible to modify anything in templates, settings, anywhere, so that Foswiki will not set this parameter for new sub-webs?

The best idea I can come up with for what you're asking is to create your own copy of the form for creating new webs at ManagingWebs#Create_a_new_web. Copy the code there and duplicate it in some other web (such as Main) and remove the form element that defines the WEBBGCOLOR value. Also make sure that WEBBGCOLOR is not defined in your _default.WebPreferences topic. The reason why I'm suggesting that you copy and modify the "Create new web" form elsewhere is so that your changes are not lost when you upgrade your System web.
