WYSIWYG or Wiki markup
Version control
No database requirement means you can add or change pages programmatically
"INCLUDE" content from URLs or otherpages
"structured" wiki allows small web 2.0-style applications to be built within the wiki
Many plugins, easy to install (free to try and use)
no per-user cost
runs on Linux, Mac OS X, or WIndows
Back-end code is written in Perl
