Simple Wiki Building Blocks

Introduction

I am just getting to grips with the wiki and have spent a lot of time just getting over some concepts. A few pointers would have greatly helped me overcome some ideas.

Also a little collection of some things I have managed to do within wiki as well as link to the parts of the wiki I have found greatly useful....

I am not a Perl coder in any way, I just using wiki variables inside topics and learning a bit of HTML forms from the examples I can find.

Useful parts of the wiki

User Input

This part covers simple user input using HTML Forms and JavaScript.

  • JSCalendarContribInline - this little piece of code is very welcome by me as the means of getting Date entry into a form using the JSCalendar interface. The application I am developing is date driven and I wanted somethig which would appeal to the users rather than a collection of three drop downs - this little topic was the bridge between HTML forms and the JSCalendarContrib - who ever put it together - thanks!!
