I'm a self-employed techie, living with VickiBrown and four cats in the SF Bay Area.

What can I do?

I have been programming computers for 40+ years. I program in Ruby (and lately, CoffeeScript), but have used many other languages (eg, C, Fortran, Perl 5) in the past.

I have also worked as a technical writer and editor, running my own book publishing company (Prime Time Freeware).

I have been using TW/FW for a decade or so. I've written a couple of small apps and tweaked a couple of plugins, but I'm no expert on either.

Why do I want to do it?

Actually, I'm applying because SvenDowideit shamed me into it. His nefarious plot involves getting me to implement some of the ERs I keep posting. However, I am wise to his tricks...
