Hi Eugen,

when using it with Foswiki 1.0.0 it works fine as long as I am not logged in. After I logged in Firefox doesn't show the appended character and IE shows some empty squares. When cleaning the cache plus cookie (probably the login session as well), then it works until I relogin. Due to that I disabled the plugin for now.

Disabling the BrowserBoosterPlugin solved the issue. So the issue appears to be rather related to the BrowserBoosterPlugin instead of the GoUptoTocPlugin. For this Item1144 was opened.

I also found that the GoUptoTocPlugin doesn't seem to work together with the EditChapterPlugin. This impression is a bit limited because as of now I didn't manage to get the EditChapterPlugin to work at all but it must be disabled nevertheless in order to have the GoUptoTocPlugin to work. Note, according to the StatusOfPortingExtensionsToFoswiki the EditChapterPlugin is not finally Foswiki'd but marked as "Work by Author" although it says in the plugin descriptions "08 Jan 2009: certified for foswiki/compat". For this Item1145 was opened.
