Committed Developer

Any ChangeProposal for new features must have a committed developer to be taken seriously.

It is obvious that the developer community cannot accept any wish for a new feature that anyone may put forward. You are welcome to propose features, but the release process does not come into effect until at least one developer has come forward and committed to implement the feature IF it is accepted by the community.

Most importantly the 14-day auto-acceptance rule does not come into play until a committed developer has come forward on the proposal topic.

Having a committed developer is not enough to start the clock ticking; you must also set a date of commitment.
